Encased in a handcrafted black crystal decanter by Lalique, the design features six facets representing The Macallan’s Six Pillars. The decanter’s slim, geometric form, conceived by creative director Fabien Baron, pushes the boundaries of traditional decanter design and showcases the unparalleled skill of Lalique’s artisans. 

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Dark chocolate and cherry, moving into vanilla and peat, with delicate wood spices, hints of dried fruit, and treacle. 

Palate: Warming wood spices and peat with black forest fruits, opening into vanilla, dark chocolate, ginger, and a medley of figs. 

Finish: Long and lingering peat smoke with a raisin sweetness.
